Jessica O. Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Jessica Brown provides leadership and direction for the development, implementation and evaluation of Goals of Care Coalition of NJ (GOCCNJ) programs and processes. She plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day effectiveness of the organization, including the program operations, finance and human resources functions. Jessica plays a collaborative role in developing and implementing systems that increase the efficiency of our work as a Coalition and support our ability to grow and expand. She started her career at Philip Morris USA in NYC working directly for the Chairman Emeritus as the administrator for his fundraising division. She then moved to Lehman Brothers and worked as the Administrative Manager for the CIO. Jessica’s career on Wall Street culminated as the IT Financial Manager for Dresdner Kleinwort bringing them through their acquisition of Wasserstein Perella in 2001. Since moving to Princeton in 2007, she’s honed her administrative management and network-building skills through her work as a medical office manager and operations administrator for Dr. Barile. Jessica’s flexible and adaptive work style coupled with her ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment, make her an invaluable member of the GOCCNJ management team. Jessica holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
